great service and promptness. This was a hard part to pin down online and get exactly the one I needed for my Ariens walk-behind mower. It was not the correct part, but that's probably on me. It came quick and I was able to finagle and make it work. I liked dealing with this company overall.
I don't recall ordering a "spring" that came with my shipment, but there again, I may have hit a wrong button.
